Q: What kind of roles do you think Sarathkumar
should be doing?
Radhikaa:
Well, I can say with confidence that Sarath
is the uncrowned king of B and C centers. Instead
of doing films of my taste, he should concentrate
on giving people what they want. When you see
the adulation he receives in villages, it moves
me. We are going full steam with his 100th film,
Thalaimagan.
Q: You were vocal in Thankar Bachan’s
issue. But, you are maintaining a deafening silence
in Kushboo affair….
Radhikaa:
See, Thankar’s comments were directed at
a particular set of people and hence I supported
the demand for his apology. He apologized and
the issue is closed. As far as Kushboo is concerned,
I have conveyed my personal opinion on her comments
to her. I have made my stand clear to her. I cannot
say anything more as the matter is sub judice.
But, I feel that any remark by an actor or actress
becomes quite controversial due to the high visibility.
Hence, they should exercise restraint.
