Rakeysh is planning to make this star-studded
film on a very large canvas.
Rakeysh says that this film would be in the lines
of Raiders of the Lost Arc and The Lord of the
Rings and would require a budget of Rs. 70 crores.
UTV is most likely to produce this mega budget
venture. He also added that the scale of the project
baffles him but nothing much can be revealed at
this stage. Once he gets done with Dilli 6, Rakeysh
intends to start work on this project. Recently,
director Rajkumar Santhoshi had also announced
a two-part movie on Ramayan in the lines of Lord
of the Rings, which he intends shooting after
the script is complete. Let’s hope one of
these projects does materialize soon.
