ORU OORLA RENDU RAJA SONGS REVIEW

A duet with gripping rhythm with a faint flavor of Spanish Flamenco guitars in the background arrives with ease. While Haricharan gives his usual best, Vandana’s raw vocals do the rightful.  Interludes have a rare blend of folk flavor and groovy guitars!

It is time for a breezy solo track in the wonderful voice of Abhay Jodhpurkar supported well by competent string section. Usage of harmonica in the midst of Arabic styled percussions and violins create a fun filled atmosphere. 

An experimental composition with usage of single string violin works well on the ears. The rhythm section and the recurring violin act as strong aspects of this interesting track. The interludes are woven well with gypsy guitar.

A typical Sufi styled track with good usage of harmonium in the midst of electronic guitars. It has an interesting blend of Indian vocals with good bass work and contemporary styled orchestration. A perfect melodious solo for a wedding set up.

The pace is gained back with mesmerizing folk composition interestingly done in Carnatic Raaga Shanmukhapriya.  The timely bass work and amazing vocals pave the way for a fantastic celebration of this evergreen raga in the interludes
