As announced earlier, Sivakarthikeyan's first production will be helmed by his close friend, Arunraja Kamaraj. The film titled Kanaa, has Aishwarya Rajesh in the lead role with Sathyaraj playing a supporting character. 

The latest update from this project is that the post-production work is now underway. Stills featuring Sathyaraj have been released suggesting that the dubbing has begun today with a pooja. 

The film has music by Dhibu Ninan Thomas and Dinesh Krishnan handles the lens.
