Kajal Aggarwal, Trisha and now Catherine Tresa. Who is the chosen one?

We earlier reported about the Jayam Ravi - Anjali starrer, to be directed by Suraj. The movie has comedian Soori, Naan Kadavul Rajendran, and Ashwin of Kumki fame playing prominent roles.

 

According to sources close to the team, we learn that the movie is set in two different milieus - rural and urban. Anjali plays the lead in the rural portion, and the heroine is yet to be finalized for the urban sequences. Reportedly, Kajal Aggarwal and Trisha were in talks, and now the team has approached Catherine Tresa.

 

It is to be noted that Catherine Tresa plays the female lead in Karthi's Madras, directed by Attakathi Ranjith.
