Actress Anjali has been in the news often for wrong reasons. The actress complained of harassment by her step-mother Bharathi and director Kalanjiyam and packed her bags to Hyderabad. The actress maintained a low profile for a few days and came out of the shadow to brush away all the rumours regarding her kidnap.

Now the Police are yet again trying to locate the actress following the order issued by the Madras High Court to produce her before the jury. The actress however is busy with her Telugu commitments, but is expected to meet the Police herself. 

Bharathi has supposedly filed a Habeas Corpus, claiming that her step-daughter is being held and controlled by an anonymous person. She has requested the Court to arrange for Anjali's presence and the High Court in turn has assigned the job to the police. Anjali will have to be produced before 9^th July.
