Warrant against Anjali
Sep 13, 2013 Actress Anjali has been issued a warrant from the Chennai city court yesterday, 12th September 2013. The actress had earlier filed a case on a popular director with charges of harassment. The director in turn filed a criminal defamation case against her claiming that the allegation was false.
The actress received summons to appear in court on Thursday, 12th September, 2013, The court issued a warrant against the actress as she did not present herself in the court even after summons was issued. The warrant was issued by XVII Metropolitan Magistrate Rajalakshmi, demanding her appearance in court. The hearing of the case has been postponed to the 3rd of October 2013.
