KSS fame R S Prasanna's next is a biopic, with a National Award winner

 

Chinmaya Mission and Prasanna's own Ekalavya Productions have co-produced this film, titled 'The Quest'. The movie was shot across India, including the Himalayas, and was completed in a period of 27 days.

 

The core technical team of 'The Quest' includes composer Arrora and DoP Siddhartha Nuni (Lucia fame). The film's sound mix will be done in Universal Studios, Hollywood soon by Kunal Rajan.

 

National Award winning art director Thotta Tharani has been cast to reprise the role of the Swami in his first full-length acting role, while Sandeep (who happens to be a monk in real life) plays the Swami in his younger days. A host of other newcomers have also acted in this film, which is set to be unveiled to the public in August this year.
