Priya Anand's career is going great guns as she has notched up two clean hits this year in Tamil with Ethir Neechal and Vanakkam Chennai. She has now signed up for the new movie to be directed by Kannan with Vemal as her co-star.

We have got some exciting info about Priya Anand’s character in the movie. A birdie informs us that she is playing a bold, educated and straightforward middle-class girl from Madurai in this movie. Apparently, 7 different looks were tried upon her during a recent photoshoot and three looks were finalized - half saree, salwar suits and skirts. Priya Anand is apparently excited about donning the traditional 'paavadai dhaavani' for this movie.
