With the release of Thalaivaa postponed indefinitely, the line-up for this week has been considerably weakened with just Bharath's long-in-readiness 555 set for release tomorrow. However, Chennai Express has come to the rescue of film enthusiasts and with its Tamil flavour given by Deepika Padukone, Sathyaraj, Priya Mani and others, the film is sure to strike a chord among the Tamil masses.
 

The paid preview shows yesterday apparently have done great business and the common opinion is that the film is an out and out entertainer.
 

Meanwhile, the Independence Day week will have Aadhalal Kaadhal Seiveer, helmed by Suseenthiran and featuring Santhosh Ramesh and Manisha Yadhav. The film will release on the 15^th of August.
