Blast in Kabul: At least 40 killed, 140 wounded

According to reports, at least 40 people were killed and 140 others were wounded in the Afghan capital Kabul on Saturday when a suicide attack took place near an old interior ministry building. Witnesses reportedly claimed that they heard at least three explosions. Further, reports suggest that Taliban has claimed responsibility for the deadly attack.
