A strong earthquake rattled Indonesia on Tuesday. Reports say, the earthquake was recorded at a magnitude of 6.0 on the richter scale. The quake sparked panic and residents rushed out of their houses while riders were thrown off their motorbikes. Earlier, an earthquake of magnitude 8.2 struck the US West Coast near Alaska.
