An earthquake of 7.2 magnitude has reportedly been recorded near the border between Iran and Iraq in the Middle East on Sunday night. Reports say, the earthquake triggered landslides and led to the collapse of several buildings causing severe destruction and loss of life. According to media reports, at least 129 people were killed and over 300 injured, more casualties feared.
