A woman from Costa Rica, Sonia Lopez, 57, had doctors remove from her ovaries, a huge tumor weighing 34 kg. Reportedly, the woman had been putting off the operation for over seven years but had to finally relent when the tumor started overtaking 80% of her stomach and caused her intestines to crush. With this, the woman set a world record for the heaviest tumour to be removed in a surgical procedure.
