A 35-year-old Singapore woman in Chennai reportedly died hours after she underwent liposuction surgery. TOI Reports say, the woman weighing 85kg had been admitted to the S R Multi-Speciality Hospital in Arumbakkam on Wednesday. However, at 1.30am the next day, the woman reportedly died of cardiac arrest. A police complaint has been registered alleging the hospital of medical negligence as the hospital reportedly refused to disclose the woman’s health before and after surgery.
