Woman chained by brother, sister-in-law was not given food

A 25-year-old woman, who was allegedly chained by her brother and sister-in-law was reportedly not provided with food and was not allowed to use the toilet. The woman suffers from mental illness and according to her brother, he had spent more than Rs 11 lakh. She was rescued by Telangana police who filed a complaint on the family for wrongful confinement.
