Police 'dismissed' gang-rape survivor's complaint saying that it's 'filmy'

A 19-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped by four men who took turns after having ‘chai breaks and gutka breaks’ while raping while she was on her way to her home from IPS coaching class. Reportedly, her medical examination reports ‘wrongly’ concluded that it was ‘consentual sex’. However, the doctors who examined her took back the report and changed it saying that the report was given by mistake by a junior doctor. When her parents who are cops, tried to file a case on this, reportedly police took more than 10 hours to file a case, and one of the cops even dismissed the claim saying that it was ‘too filmy’. Ten police officers were reportedly suspended and three were transferred for causing the delay.
