A video of a software engineer being beaten up by police outside his house in Mathiazhagan street, Chennai, has surfaced on social media. Reports say, police personnel doing night rounds questioned the techie for standing outside his house during late hours and allegedly beat him up after that, on Tuesday night. After the video went viral on social media, a sub-inspector involved in the incident has reportedly been transferred.
