Tamil Nadu: Two killed at clash in temple fest

In a simmering dispute between two groups over for a crematorium, two people died. Five others were seriously injured in Thanjavur district near Pattukottai. Police security has reportedly been beefed up in the village.

 

A strong scuffle erupted between two communities to take control of a crematorium which was shifted recently to the outskirts of the village.
