Dhashvanth, who has been accused of the sexual assault and murder of Hasini, a seven-year-old girl in February this year has been missing since his mother was reportedly found murdered on Saturday. Reports suggest that she may have been repeatedly hit on the head with a heavy object .Police reports confirmed that the accused Dhashvanth has absconded and added that the jewellery from the house has also gone missing. “An FIR has been filed in the case. We are not drawing any conclusions, but it is true that the jewellery is missing, and so is Dhashvanth,” said the Deputy Commissioner of Ambattur.
