Govt clarifies on rumours about public holiday on January 17

According to a Thanthi TV report, government sources have clarified that rumours circulating on social media about January 17 being a public holiday on the occasion of former chief minister M.G.Ramachandran’s birth anniversary are untrue. Reports say, all schools and colleges will reopen as planned on Wednesday.
