"NEET HAS COMMITTED ANOTHER MASSACRE": PA RANJITH

NEET 2018 results were announced on Monday and many were unable to clear it. Reportedly, only less than 40 per cent in Tamil Nadu qualified the exam. Unable to crack NEET in her second attempt, 17-year-old Pratheba from Villupuram district committed suicide.

This was not the first time NEET had brought upon a catastrophe in TN. Last year, 17-year-old Anitha from Ariyalur committed suicide after she failed NEET and was unable to get a medical seat.

Expressing his anguish, Director Pa Ranjith wrote about the issue on his official Twitter page. He wrote as to how NEET has committed another massacre.

#நீட் மற்றொரு படுகொலையை நிகழ்த்தி விட்டது. கல்வி உரிமை மறுப்பு நம் ஒத்துழைப்புடனே நிகழ்த்துகிறார்கள்.வழக்கம்போல் படிக்க திறன் அற்றவர்கள் சாவதே மேல் என எழுதி தள்ளுவார்கள்.யாரிடம் நம்உரிமையை கேட்க்கிறோம் என்று உணராமலே தலைமுறை கனவை அடக்கம் செய்து நகர்வோம்..அடுத்த படுகொலைகள் நோக்கி!
