According to reports, disciplinary action will be taken against three Metropolitan Transport Corporation employees in Tambaram and Vallalar Nagar who swindled money by not recording the sale of nearly 7,400 concession tickets worth Rs 19.04 lakh to passengers in February 2016. The Supervisor of Tambaram region is also under the scanner for not verifying the accounts related to the sale.
