MAN STAGES DRAMA OF ACCIDENTAL DEATH AFTER MURDERING FATHER

A 24-year-old man from Ennore reportedly murdered his father and made it look like it was an accidental death.

Vinod Kumar reportedly had a quarrel with his father M Selvam and hit him on his chest and head. After coming to know that his father died, Vinod told his neighbors and mother, who was away at the time of the incident that he fell down and died.

However, police’s suspicion grew after the postmortem reports showed injuries on head and chest. Upon investigation, Vinod confessed to the murder and was arrested.
