Tamil Nadu transport minister MR Vijayabhaskar on Tuesday reportedly said that the monthly pass at Rs 1,000 to travel in MTC buses will remain unchanged. However, speaking to reporters in Chennai, the minister reportedly said that the government is considering the increase in the daily pass at Rs 50, which has now been stopped, until further notice. Further Vijayabhaskar reportedly said that the weekly season ticket's price has been raised from Rs 240 to Rs 320.
