KUMBAKONAM SCHOOL FIRE TRAGEDY: CB-CID PROBE AGAINST LAWYER FOR FUNDS MISAPPROPRIATION

According to reports on TNIE, a Division Bench of the Madras High Court has reportedly directed the CB-CID to investigate alleged misappropriation of Rs 2 crore by advocate S Tamilarasan in connection with the Kumbakonam school fire tragedy case.
The Court ordered that the CB-CID will register a case forthwith and conduct inquiry to proceed further against the lawyer and all others who are alleged to illegally transferring the money from the accounts of the victims.
