Actor Kamal Haasan on Saturday reportedly visited the Ennore creek a day after he tweeted about the environmental crisis in the area due to dumping of ash into the Kosasthalaiyar river. After visiting the area, Kamal Haasan met the locals and inquired them about the effects of ash-dumping. “We have lost 1090 acres from the creek due to selfish encroachments done with no environmental concern”, Kamal on Friday reportedly said.
