VAIKO REACTS TO PROTEST AGAINST IPL

MDMK general secretary Vaiko on Wednesday responded to the protests against the IPL in Chennai by saying that the protests showed the world that the people in Tamil Nadu have grown turbulent over the Cauvery issue. “It’s a warning to Karnataka and the Central government,” Vaiko said. He also condemned the lathicharge by police against the protesters on Tuesday.
