A French man, who reportedly appeared to be mentally unstable was shot by Spanish police for saying Allahu Akbar. The man who was travelling with a woman did not cooperate with the police when they were checking his vehicle, say reports. When police insisted further, the man reportedly moved towards the police saying ‘Allahu Akbar’ in spite of the cops’ repeated warning. Police reportedly opened fire in air before shooting him to warn him. He was injured in stomach and is reportedly undergoing treatment in hospital.
