Firing at TN fishermen: Bullet not used by Coast Guard, says Defence Min

Union Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has reportedly said that the bullets submitted by Rameshwaram fishermen does not belong to Indian Coast Guard. At the same time, the fishermen's statement may also be true, the Defence Minister added stating that the incident will be investigated. Notably, the fishermen submitted the bullets after the ICG personnel allegedly fired at them when they were fishing on the high seas. Two fishermen were injured in the incident which took place on Monday.
