News surfaced that a complaint is filed against a computer engineer, Rajendraprasad who kicked his wife out of the house for not cooking biriyani well in Telangana’s Warangal district. But contradictory to this news, the actual reason is said to be revealed, as earlier this week, Rajendraprasad's wife along with her family members reportedly staged a protest against her husband and in-laws outside their house demanding to allow her inside. She reportedly accused her husband of demanding dowry and added that he demands biryani every day after coming home in an inebriated state. Reports say, the couple had a turbulent relationship for a while and eventually she was forced out of the house. On Friday night, police registered a case under the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 based on a complaint filed by the woman.
