Chennai: Techie in huge trouble after uploading morphed photo of girlfriend

A 24-year-old man was arrested after he posted a morphed photo of a girl who refused to accept his love proposal, on Facebook. Shocked by the photo on social media, the girl filed a complaint and the Mangadu police tracked the IP address from which the photograph was uploaded and traced down the man who was employed at a software company in Chennai. TOI reports say, the girl was earlier friends with the man and the act was done by the man in a fit of anger. However, he was sent to Puzhal prison by a court.
