According to reports, students of Government Fine Arts College in Chennai are holding a sit-in protest after a student named Prakash committed suicide by hanging. The final year student at the Ceramics Department of the college had visited his hometown in Vellore district and hanged to death on Wednesday. He left a four-page note stating that the Head of the Department where he studied is the sole reason behind his suicide.
