Chennai Corpn appeals against HC verdict on banners

A day after the Madras High Court passed an order banning photos of living persons on banners, the Chennai Corporation has reportedly appealed to the court to repeal the ban. While the corporation has asked the court to allow photos of living persons on banners, the court has reportedly asked the corporation to file a petition in this regard.
