Apparently disappointed over the rejection of his nomination by the Returning Officer of RK Nagar bypoll, actor Vishal said, “The bypoll for the constituency was cancelled last time due to cash distribution and now they kidnap and threaten people.” Vishal added "The RO accepted my nomination at an earlier meeting when I went to meet him after my nomination was rejected the first time. The cameras in the office would have captured what happened at the meeting and maybe they will tamper that video too. I don’t understand where this whole nexus goes to,” Vishal asked, “if this is the situation for Vishal, what about a common man?”
