According to reports, AIADMK cadres, allegedly supporters of AIADMK leader Madhusudhanan, on Tuesday evening staged a dharna before the office of Returning Officer in the RK Nagar constituency after the officer accepted actor Vishal’s nomination for the bypoll. Earlier, the actor’s nomination was rejected by the EC due to ‘technical’ reasons, reports said. Earlier, an audio clip of an alleged conversation between Vishal and his proposer's husband emerged. It alleged that supporters of Madhusudhanan threatened a proposer for endorsing Vishal's nomination.
