After being at the receiving end of a fraud by a group of litigants in filing multiple anticipatory bails at the same time, the Madras High Court on Tuesday ruled that such applications would require the advocate's photo to be scanned by the Registry. Further, Justice S Vaidyanathan said that the advocate needs to sign on every page of the application.
