CSK'S EPIC BIRTHDAY VIDEO AND UNKNOWN RECORD OF RAINA IN TEST, ODI AND T20

Suresh Raina is certainly one of the pillars of Chennai Super Kings (CSK) who had proven his worth multiple times in his IPL career. Today, the 'Kutty Thala' celebrates his 33rd birthday and wishes are pouring in from cricket fraternity. There is no surprise in CSK wishing Suresh Raina in a series of tweets, though. In one of the wishes, CSK posted IPL Magic Video.

The video is the compilation of Suresh Raina's epic innings in 2014 against Kings XI Punjab in the qualifier 2 match. Chasing a huge target of 226, Suresh Raina turned high on the field right from the start of the innings. Single-handedly Raina took CSK to 100 at the end of 6 overs.

That was Raina aka 'Kutty Thala' from CSK front. The International Cricket Council (ICC) revealed unknown information to its share for wishing Raina. ICC tweet contained the information "Did you know he was the first Indian player to score a century for his country in Test, ODI and T20I cricket" (sic)

Ahead of T20 World Cup next year in Australia, Suresh Raina's fitness came as a welcome move in recent days. Though Raina's CSK career is pretty much on the brighter side, we can hope that his comeback in the international cricket may materialize shortly.
