A 29-year-old youth from Assam who was reportedly in Delhi to spend his vacation with his brother was allegedly beaten by a mob for urinating in public. The victim reportedly claimed that he was thrashed by 30-odd people for urinating near a dump in his colony. No complaint has been registered as the parties came to a ‘compromise’.
