Liquor, mineral water to get costlier in this state

The Maharashtra Water Resources Regulatory Authority (MWRRA) has reportedly increased water tariff by 25 times for industries that fall under the bracket of breweries, carbonated soft drinks and liquor manufacturers. As a result, the prices of liquor, mineral water, and soft drinks could be hiked.  The tariff has been increased from Rs 16 to Rs 120 per 1,000 litres with effect from February 1.
