MENTALLY UNSTABLE MAN MASTURBATES IN PUBLIC

According to a report in Deccan Chronicle, an elderly man, who was alleged to be mentally unstable masturbated in front of two women in Kolkata. The women captured his act as a video and posted it on social media.

In the video, the man was seen making gestures at the women and starting to masturbate. Kolkata police posted the video on their official Facebook page too. The police have assured the women to nab him and take appropriate action against him.
