Actor Nawazuddin Siddique was reportedly summoned by the Maharashtra Police on Friday in connection with a call detail records scam. His wife and his lawyer were also said to have been summoned by the police.

Following this, the actor took to Twitter to post a picture with his daughter. He captioned it, "Last evening, I was helping my daughter to prepare her school project Hydroelectric Power Generator & went to her school this morning for Project Exhibition. To my surprise the media had questions about some random allegations on me #Disgust".

With this, the actor rubbishes the rumors on his involvement in the ongoing case.
