The highly enjoyable and well-received promos of Dhanush’s Hindi debut Raanjhanaa have showcased him in a really youthful and naughty manner, much like how his Tamil debut Thulluvadho Ilamai did. The romance between him and Sonam Kapoor is expected to be intense and with Rahman’s music for company, things are bound to get memorable. We also have Abhay Deol as the third dimension in this romance.

And, though we have Dhanush in a similar boyish makeover in both Raanjhanaa and the earlier Thulluvadho Ilamai, the former wouldn’t have the adult content which marked the latter. It’s all the more remarkable that Dhanush retains the same boyish appeal, more than a decade since his debut.

It is also expected that based on the response to Raanjhanaa, Dhanush might continue doing Hindi films, while also managing his happening career down South.
