Bharath
seems to be in a punitive phase of his onscreen
life. Previously it was Nasser who chastised
him onscreen for Em Magan. Bharath even
has to endure a few slaps that planted on
his face for real during the shoots. Now
it is for his latest Veyil.
Bharath
was shooting in Madurai under the
Vaigai bridge and director Vasanthabalan
was canning the scenes with hidden
cameras so as to achieve a reality
touch to the scene. Bhavana and Bharath
was to involve in a verbal fight as
required by the scene and at the end
of the scene – as required –
Bharath slapped Bhavana making her
trip over.
Once the scene was enacted, at the
drop of a hat appeared few grannies
who were around. Unaware that it was
a movie shoot they started showing
their protest yelling at Bharath for
slapping Bhavana.
The
crew came to the rescue of Bharath but the
grannies did not seem to have understood
that the scene was actually enacted and
left the place still showering criticisms
over Bharath. Poor Bharath surely was startled
by the incident and was embarrassed.
