We
have been reporting regularly in our website
about the marital discordancy in actor Arvind
Swamy’s life. The Roja actor had been
in and out of family court in connection
with his divorce case which has been filed
by his wife Gayathri. Arvind Swamy has been
married to Gayathri for a while and they
have a son by name Rudra and daughter Adira.
The
couple is living separately right
now. The divorce case is still pending
with the family court in Chennai.
Meanwhile the court had issued orders
relating to the visiting time of the
children by the mother. Opposing this
order, Arvind Swamy had filed a case
in Chennai High court. Judge Karpagavinayagam
is enquiring this case. Yesterday
when the case was in progress lawyers
of both the parties were present with
their respective clients. The latest
development in the case is that Gayathri
does not want to continue any more
with the divorce proceedings. She
is ready to withdraw the divorce application.
Since
the case is pending at the family court
and till a verdict is reached, Arvindswamy
should take the children to Gayathri’s
house on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
from 4 to 6 in the evenings. The children
should be with the mother from morning 10
to evening 6 on Saturdays. Hope they resolve
all their differences of opinion and unite
thereby giving their children a normal,
happy life.
