Director Gautham Menon, who earlier gave you the
hit Kaakka Kaakka, is now eagerly looking for
the release of the Kamal starrer Vaettaiyaadu
Vilaiyaadu. When it comes to the cast, the director
has his own way of bringing big names. Such is
the man’s story and narrating technique.
He has roped in Sarath Kumar and Shobana for his
next flick. Getting Shobana’s call sheets
is no joke. Unless the story really has some stuff
and the role, substance, the diva doesn’t
sign up. As we have reported earlier the real
name of movie is Parunthu and Vilai Uyirendralum
seems to be only a temporary title.
The second female role in the flick is played
by Gautham’s friend, Jyothika. Says Gautham
about the cast: “I’m happy with the
artistes.

This
will be a different project. I have abandoned
the Hindi and the English remake of Kaakka Kaakkka.
This year I have to give at least three movies.
It is long since I gave one in Tamil. I have decided
to release at least three films this year.”
Once this film is completed, Gautham Menon will
revive his pet project, Chennaiyil Oru Mazhai
Kaalam, the Surya-Asin starrer. |
