In
Kodambakkam, Jeeva is emerging to
be a star who has not got entwined
himself in the image web. It is a
known fact that he takes utmost care
in selecting his roles and delivers
them perfectly. In a similar vein,
for a film named Nepali to be directed
by Durai, Jeeva was in Mumbai for
a makeup trial. Pictures were shot
with Jeeva in a totally different
getup.
It was also alleged that he went without food
and water for longer hours to complete this
photo session. The pictures revealed a completely
different Jeeva that his own folks were not
able to recognize him.
But unfortunately for reasons unknown, he has
withdrawn from the film. Now the stills have
also not been released. Even if he does not
feature in the film, it would have been appropriate
for the audience to know the intensity of hard
work of a committed artiste by publishing those
photographs.
