While
filming the stunt scenes of Kreedom
in Vishakapatnam, Ajith was hurt and
complained of severe back pain. He
was immediately moved to the Apollo
hospitals in Chennai on a special
aircraft.
Earlier, the actor refused to employ
a dupe for one of the stunt scenes
that required him to leap from the
top of the car.
Immediately
after, he complained of back pain. If you might
remember, Ajith underwent back surgery when he
was severely injured in a bike race earlier and
has been keeping away from risky stunt scenes
ever after. However, his experiment in Kreedom
turned out to be costly and it is reported that
the actor's excruciating pain reduced him to tears.
He has been brought to the Apollo hospitals in
an ambulance from the airport and is being provided
with immediate medical attention. Shoots of Kreedom
have been called off following this and the cast
and crew of Kreedom are reportedly returning to
Chennai.
