Actress Prema, the Kannada diva of Apthmithra
fame, will soon be walking down the aisle with
Jeevan Appachchu, a software professional from
Bangalore. It is not a love marriage, Prema insists
and adds that Jeevan was her parent’s choice.
The wedding may take place anytime in May.
Prema has been a hit actress in Kannada, Tamil
and Telugu. Her Kannada hits include Yajamana
and Kanasugaara. In Tamil she paired with Sathyaraj
recently in Azhagesan. In Telugu she has acted
in Dharamachakram, Om and Devi Abhayam. The engagement
ceremony at Bangalore was a small event with very
few people from the industry present. Will Prema
continue to act after marriage? “With my
husband’s consent,” the girl smiles.
