is said to be more involved as a technician.
It is the technical finesse of the film
which is quite concerned and particular
about. Having shot 30 minute footage and
having taken on French and Western actors
on board, he said that progress was stymied
because he would need another Rs. 40 crores
to complete the film. Hence, he was scouting
